We represent developers and homeowners associations with various aspects of real estate development:

- • Creating & operating Homeowners Associations (HOAs)
- • Reviewing and amending CC&Rs and HOA operations, including violations of CC&Rs
We assist individuals and companies with the purchase and sale of real estate. We are licensed to represent our clients in real estate transactions, in the event that they are not being otherwise represented by a licensed real estate agent.
We can assist landlords and tenants with issues relating to leases, rental agreements, tenants rights and more.
Our staff can assist contractors in recording and enforcing mechanic’s liens as well as assist owners in dealing with mechanic’s liens.
