Curtis C. Cox
Curtis has spent his whole life in the Wasatch Back. He was born and raised in Kamas, Utah, and currently resides in Heber City, Utah.
Curtis focuses his practice on real estate law. As a student in the new Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business (one of only 13 such programs in the country), Curtis is uniquely trained to think like a lawyer and a real estate developer or other user of land. Such cross-training allows Curtis to better represent clients with their real estate, land use, entitlement, or similar matters.
Before joining Miller Vance & Thompson, Curtis established an impact fee resolution for a fire protection district, gaining valuable experience with and knowledge of impact fees.
