Dwayne A. Vance

Dwayne’s law practice focuses on business organizations and transactions, real estate, estate planning, along with some civil litigation and appellate work.

He has also organized many non-profit organizations in Summit County and assisted in obtaining tax-exempt status for such organizations including the Park City Film Series, Mountain Town Stages and The Colby School.

He enjoys practicing law and also enjoys giving back to the community that makes his law practice possible.
